Our freedoms and security, fought and died for by Canadians and their allies, are under attack. The biggest threats to our freedom are too much government, the eco-lobby, and censors posing as human rights commissions. Our biggest security threat is Islam.

Counting radical Muslims

There are thousands of Muslims willing to die in the name of Islam. Hundreds of thousands agree with them. Millions support stoning, whipping, and the amputation of hands. The numbers of Muslims that either agree with radical islamists or barbaric practises like honour killings, stoning, and public flogging is staggering.

Is THAT enough to call Islam a threat to us?

Aqsa Parvez: Forgotten by family but loved by strangers

Thanks to Pamela Geller and Robert Spencer, an innocent Canadian girl will never be forgotten despite the best efforts of her relatives. Her father killed her in the name of Islam because she refused to be controlled by him.

A memorial plaque has been erected in Israel in her name and the names of all women and girls killed and abused in the name of Islam. They must not be ignored or forgotten.

Here is the link to the whole story of the Aqsa Parvez memorial at Atlas Shrugs. God bless Pamela and Robert for standing up for her and all the girls and women killed and abused in the name of Islam.

Aqsa Parvez, Remembered

Back in December 08 I wrote about the fund set up by Pamela Geller at Atlas Shrugs to raise funds for a memorial to Aqsa Parvez. She is the Brampton, Ontario girl who was murdered in 2007 by her father (with her brother as an accessory), for disobeying her father's Islamic beliefs and wishes.

At Atlas Shrugs today I read the words of Scott McLeod, the firefighter who spearheaded the drive by the town council of Pelham to donate a place to remember Aqsa. She died for wanting to be Canadian, and for that we must remember her. Thanks to the Town and citizens of Pelham for their gift.

Read about the Aqsa Memorial saga here: thanks, Pamela.

Gravesite of Aqsa Parvez, Muslim honour killing victim

It sickens me that poor Aqsa's young life was cut short because of the bloodthirsty beliefs of her family. They should all go to jail and then be deported for daring to import their vicious customs.

Thank you to Pamela at AtlasShrugs and Robert at JihadWatch for starting a fund to give this innocent girl a proper grave.
