Of course, it couldn't have anything to do with the idea that even mainstream Democratic voters are now being repulsed by the radical left policies of the likes of Franken, Pelosi, Reid, and Obama,* now could it?

Har de har har. Looks good on the American left. Their ideas are so bad no one wants to discuss them.

USSA the new USSR?

Left wing governments promote socialism. It's that way in every country. For the left, it has always been about Karl Marx and government control of the "means of production". Pit the rich against the poor, with the "benevolent" government in the middle to "settle" the disputes it creates.

The USA is still the last, best chance against the worldwide tyranny of left wing policies, and I hope they can collectively remember that

If Obama's gang of thugs had its way the name could really be:
 
United Socialist States of America (or USSA)

Is that what Americans really want? A government philosophy that sees the people as sheep to be sheared instead of their bosses? An political psychosis that says the way to increase wealth is to attack those who produce the wealth? I don't think so. I think and hope that their country has been hijacked temporarily by the best big government socialists, assorted leeches, and tax cheats the left has to offer.

I hope as a Canadian that the Republicans win in Massachusetts means the Left will not be able to continue to ruin the US economy (such as with fake climate change/wealth transfer policies) like they did when they created the subprime mortgage meltdown. Which the left "bravely" blamed on the banks to whom they dictated lending policies in the first place. Charlatans and thieves promising to cure all ills. That is the Left.

Democrats Lose Kennedy's Seat

The bell tolled again for the disaster that is the Obama Administration:

Republican Scott Brown took Teddy Kennedy's seat in Massachusetts today. Definitely great news for the future of the USA.

How badly does Obama have to suck to lose a sure thing like the Kennedy Senate Seat? Who cares! The point is that Obama's frog-marching of America toward socialism has been dealt a serious blow. The doomsday clock can go back a few minutes.

Cafferty Pwns Queen Pelosi

Jack Cafferty of CNN nails Nancy Pelosi's ass to the wall, exposing her December 09 trip to the climate conference in Copenhagen. While ordinary Americans are cutting back and suffering, she takes off using 3 military jets for an entourage of elected officials and their families while staying in the finest hotels. THEN she refuses to answer questions about it. I don't think many Americans realize they have a Queen as Head of State.

I think Pelosi, who orchestrated the sub prime mortgage disaster, is the biggest threat to the economic health of the USA today with her socialist philosophy, exposed via her promotion of the Climate Change economic shakedown. And, like Gore, Carter, and many other Democrats, she's a Classical Hypocrite. Which is to say that she and most liberals grab power by claiming to feel voters' pain more than conservatives. Afterward, of course, they dive headfirst in to the pork barrel far deeper than any conservative, for they know only how to tax and spend, not produce.

Conservatives don't lie to voters by claiming that everyone can be helped as liberals do. They know it is impossible, no matter how many tax dollars and bureaucrats you throw at the problem.

Chinks in the Obarmour?

Marvin Olansky has a great column in Townhall today, where he describes how liberal bellweathers like Jon Stewart and Maureen O'Dowd are criticizing the Obama administration. I hope that Mr Olasky is on to a trend here. Maybe even liberals are starting to realize what a loser they have in Obama and will drift away from him and not support his "re-coronation" after all. It would make things easier for the Repubs to bring sanity back to the White House.

I especially liked this quote by Mr Olasky:
